Rooms OK but that's it

Check in was a circus! The clerk had a very strong accent and it was very hard to understand him. I booked a prepaid room for 1 night. There is money grab sham parking fee of $20 per night. Parking is a normal parking lot. Not covered, not gated and not secure. The clerk charged me for 3 nights parking when clearly I was only staying one night! After I called him out on his error someone else came to his rescue and pushed some buttons and said I will get refunded the overcharge in 3 to 5 days. I'm still waiting. All this happened with the lobby having a strong odor of whatever they were cooking in the back. The next morning I went to the breakfast area at 6 for some coffee to go, the door was locked and I didn't see anyone in there. The breakfast area is on the 3rd floor above the lobby. I don't see me staying here again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The staff was helpful and friendly, the beds were comfy and the water hot. Breakfast was good, The pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs. there was always free tea & coffee available in the lobby, as well as a huge assortment of refreshments, etc. to buy. they have a great excersize room and message chairs were a plus. We were within close proximity to sights, food, and entertainment. parking on sight cost $20 a night, but was well worth it. We will be back & recommend it highly!

Ignite the front desk, everything else was fine

The front desk is not friendly. Cold and off putting. Thank you's from behind a facade. Be aware that parking is $22 a night, not $20 as the website says. The property itself was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and linens crisp. Plenty of towels supplied. Coffee pods and maker in the bathroom. Not too bad of a coffee choice. However, every morning we were woken up to some kind of constant pounding. That was irritating. The breakfast was so so. The location for an Uber was fantastic!

Do not go to this property, they want to charge you for your motel room then on top of that charge you $21.95 to park your car in their parking lot after it renting their rooms, I did not authorize this parking charge it is being disputed, the rooms were nasty smell like mildew, a lot of freaky men walking around the complex, evidently this is a family business and they need to go

Overcharged us $65 for parking for supposedly having two cars which we didn’t have. Called them several times to get it corrected for which they say is happening but weeks go by with no credit. Total fraud!

Average condition of property with nice large bathroom but room was over crowded and cramped. Even with darkening curtains, outdoor flood lights lit my room all night. Working staff were very helpful and friendly. Management and checkin staff were rude and publicly belittled their staff which was unsettling and disrespectful to staff and my party. I witnessed this on three different occasions, very uncomfortable.
