It was super clean and beds were so comfortable. Shower and tub were nice. The only thing I would do different would be pool hours. We couldnt go in the pool because we arrived at 9:15 and that was one of the main reasons we went to the motel.

It’s right next to the freeway so you’ll have road noise. They also charge a parking fee that I wasn’t expecting. Otherwise it’s a nice clean motel and close to music city and Vanderbilt university

This hotel was NOTHING like the pictures. The advertisement pictures showed updated decor and bedding and what we arrived to find was the opposite. The room had old, dark, broken down furniture and gross carpet. The bathtub was dirty and I found a clump of false eyelashes on the floor. I went down and asked to move rooms and the staff didn’t blink an eye before switching me rooms. The next room was cleaner, but still outdated and dark. This hotel was inexpensive and I guess you get what you pay for, but don’t be deceived by the pictures like I was. The only reason I gave a 2 star is because the staff was friendly and the hotel was close to the downtown nightlife.

Probably was fantastic in its day but needs updated. Cute location around and easily walkable to Broadway. Easy to get in and off the highway. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean. I think the ladies at the front desk needed a break. Pool needs skimmed in the morning too.

They room was right by the pool. Very large. The couch was not clean but it would be impossible to keep it that clean. The hotel staff is always cleaning.

Not impressed with Customer Service.

Front desk employees were nice,but they lied.They told me there was an issue with my cc(which there was-i use one card to hold the reservation and another one for the actual charge) Said they had tried calling me several times, which they DID NOT! So they cancelled my reservation. And my cc should not of been even charged until I arrived or did not show up for the reservation. I"ve stayed at multiple Comfort Inns and this has never happened!!! The 3 employees did not offer info on any amenities for the property.The outside of the property looked really run down. Did not feel safe and was charged $20 for parking without any provided security.The room however, was exceptionally clean, smelled clean, super spacious. Room Service was way to overpriced-$60 for a 12" 1 topping pizza?! There are several bars across the street, but nothing offered food choices. Would I stay here again? NO WAY.
