The rooms are so small and crowded that i had a difficult time getting my suitcase in the room. I wouldnt recommend walking barefoot on the carpet. The iron is secured by a cable to the ironing board which looks like it was used as a charcuterie board. At 7:30 in the morning, while i was asleep a male staff worker used a key to walk in the door. He said he was housekeeping. At 7:30 AM! When i tried to talk to, who i assumed was the mgr, he stopped mid conversation to answer the phone to take a phone reservation. Totally ignoring the importance of my safety being breached. He never returned to continue the rest of our conversation. A woman then reluctantly apologized and said they dont have housekeeping that early. Well, some man with a key unlocked my door at 7:30 in the morning and said he was housekeeping. I stay in many many hotelst thru out the year and have for many years in the past, and have never had housekeeping at my room at 7:30 in the morning. Parking cost 20.00 and the parking lot is badly lit with no security. I checked out a day early. I was with two other parties and they also checked out early.

The staff knows nothing about hospitality. They were rude and unwelcoming. The parking charge was a straight money grab. When I asked questions it seemed to annoy the person who checked me which was disappointing because I usually love to get some local recommendations. The room was small and cramped and the internet was so bad I couldn’t stream Netflix. Everywhere around was dirty and unkempt. The breakfast had gray sausage floating in dirty water. Ew.

I was apprehensive after reading reviews, but was overjoyed when we arrived to a clean room with the most comfortable beds. We were very pleased with the location right off the interstate and the easiness of getting on and off the interstate. We had issues with getting Uber due to the concert and ended up walking, but it was a short walk from Nissan Stadium.

The air condition in the rooms needs to updated, our room was on 69 and it was still hot, because the unit is the same level as the beds. Maybe place the units on the ceiling like you have in the breakfast room.
