Everything looked well maintained and all including room was very nice. A very large 2 room accomodations, with sitting room/ extra sleeping area with TV along with one also in bedroom area. Small Frig and microwave and large clean bathroom. Heated Pool, exercise room, media room. Breakfast included. Plan on staying again with rates thru Expedia. I could have stayed at a hotel with less benefits at the same price but happy I stayed here. Also very quite and very close to Restaurants and Franklin Malls and Historical Sites.

Eggs were reheated over and over each day Sausages were very greasy from continually being reheated! Harley Davidson shop all day long very noisy!! Had to leave 2 days early of our booked 4 day vac because we both contracted the flu and had to go to the ER ! They told us to go home ASAP to recover! This is a very noisy location! Motorcycle shop next door, housekeeping came knocking at 9 am, and people waking up and down hallway could be heard easily. The beds were hard as rocks. Not a huge deal breaker, but late check in and receiving our Choice Privileges water and snack would have been nice. Mark was just ready to go back to the back room and resume his phone activities !

Clean room. Amenities weren't great. I asked for late checkout and it was really hard to get a straight answer from the staff there but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast wasn't that great but is was just okay.

Customer service, both desk clerks were never up in the front. They were always in the back and you had to almost scream to let them know you needed something, when they did come out you could tell they were sleeping back there.
