Welcome to our cheerful, family-friendly 1,600 sq. ft. Nashville home, a cozy retreat designed for comfort, connection, and memorable moments. Bright and welcoming throughout, the house offers ample free parking, TVs in every bedroom, and plenty of inviting spaces to relax after a day of exploring Music City.
We love hosting families and have thoughtfully provided kid-friendly essentials and conveniences to make traveling with little ones easy, comfortable, and stress-free.

One of our favorite features is the spacious sunroom, filled with natural light and complete with a bar and dining area, perfect for morning coffee or evening conversations. Step outside to enjoy the private deck and fully fenced backyard, where you can unwind, play games, or gather with loved ones in a peaceful setting.
Nestled on the border of the Woodbine and Glencliff neighborhoods, our home is ideally located just minutes from Nashville’s top attractions. Broadway is only a 10-minute drive, and you’ll be close to Nissan Stadium, Nashville Soccer Stadium, the Zoo, Adventure Science Center, Franklin, the airport and Opry Land. With easy access to major highways, getting around the city is a breeze.

We love this eclectic, family-oriented community and are excited to share our home while we travel. Inside, you’ll find a warm blend of rustic charm and mid-century style that flows seamlessly between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The bright front room opens into the fully windowed sunroom, offering lovely backyard views. Out back, the Southern-style covered deck invites you to relax with a game of darts, cornhole, or other family-friendly activities.

At the heart of the home is a well-equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook comfortably. Labeled cupboards make it easy to find essentials, and you’ll enjoy amenities like a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, air fryer, food processor, blender, spices, and baking supplies. Complimentary coffee, tea, and ultra-fast 1,500 Mbps internet are included.

When it’s time to rest, you’ll have three cozy bedrooms plus a bonus space to choose from:
• King Bedroom: Spacious and sun-filled, located across from the main bathroom with a tub and shower.
• “The Pod” (Bonus Space): Tucked inside the king bedroom, this charming 8x10 ft. windowed room is ideal for kids or solo travelers, featuring a twin memory-foam bed, cedar-lined cubbies, and a luggage rack.
• Middle Bedroom: This cozy and functional room features a comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a mirrored closet, and a desk—perfect for working, reading, or relaxing. It also serves as our family-friendly hub, stocked with child necessities and a selection of kids’ toys, making it an ideal choice for families traveling with little ones.
• Fireplace Bedroom: A cozy retreat with an electric fireplace, firm queen spring mattress, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and laundry facilities.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with sound machines, ceiling fans, and bathroom amenities to help ensure a restful, relaxing stay.

The private backyard is a guest favorite, offering both covered and open-air spaces for dining, games, and grilling on the Weber charcoal grill. Enjoy croquet, yard dice, frisbee, darts, ring toss, or simply relax and soak in the calm atmosphere.

For entertainment, every bedroom and living space includes a TV with access to DirecTV, Netflix, and Disney+. Smart lighting and security features help you feel safe and at home from the moment you arrive.
