Great Stay

We had handicap room and it was perfect-higher toilet and beautiful walk-in shower. Big room-very clean. I loved the room just a few steps from the elevator.

Poor service, moved rooms 3xs because carpeting wet due to ac trouble, next room toilet was full of poop and didn't work, 3rd room was great but while time there never received room service to be cleaned from when we arrived on Thursday till Monday when we left. Got back Saturday night asked for new towels that we never received last day my husband and i were sharing a towel. Main manager was very rude like she didn't care at all. Will never recommend or stay ever again.

The location is very close to quick food options such a Sonic, Wendy’s, Waffle House or McDonalds if that’s your speed. There is a Shell gas station directly across, literally right on top of the hotel. Taxis sit at the gas station during the day. The overall experience was okay. I would like to note that their Air Conditioning units require some work. Google reviews were much more accurate to my actual experience. The room smelled bad, I requested a room change the smell was so strong it gave me a headache. The replacement smelled less, so I went to the gas station and brought alcohol wipes to wipe down the Air conditioner which had dust all around the outside. I also purchased car air freshener which I put in the outtake to help the room smell better. The best way to describe the smell was the smell when you leave clothes in the wash over night x10. Cleanliness was also not the best, there were stains on the comforter and sheets. Some of the outlets did not work well as I plugged my phone in the charge a hr before leaving and my phone only charged by 5%. They did change my bedding everyday and provided fresh towels. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, just the very basic food. They didn’t even have bananas just green apples and no other fruits. I wish they had water bottles as it was in the 90s. The staff is a mixture of cultures, they were decent accept the Middle Eastern few who’s accents were to deep for me to understand. Note parking is $5 per a day additionally.

Checkin great, bed comfy and clean. The hotel is a bit run down and dirty in alot of spaces. Bedroom walls and chair were filthy. Air had a funky smell that eventually went away. Glad it was for only one night.

We were greeted with a musky/moist smell when we entered the room. Lighting was dark. the sheets smelled and the AC was blowing off weird smell. The filter was covered with so much dust. Loud noises from maintenance and staff. The staff that greeted us when we arrived looked like she was not happy to see us. No complimentary water. No hair dryer. Carpet was stained. The couch has stain. THERE WAS A COCKROACH! 😩 not worth what we paid for a suite. Will not recommend this place
