I booked a hotel that was supposed to have had an indoor swimming pool but the one we stayed in did not have any amenities. Then to be charged an additional $5 a day to park our vehicle on the property is absurd! And the excuse I got was, "Well we are close to the airport." That's B.S.! Where I live, we have a major airport and the hotels close to it don't charge for people to park their own vehicles on the property. The service was mediocre and average. I could not get a receipt printed at checkout as I was told I would get one emailed to me. I will NEVER EVER stay here again!

Not in a great location, limited parking, front desk worker was absolutely the best part of the experience. I checked in, paid for parking, went to elevator and immediately noticed how dirty the building was and a musty smell. Get off on the 5th floor and the smell of weed was atrocious. We had the last room and could still smell it in our room. Walked into our room and it was 78 degrees, turned the air on and the AC was clunking so loud we couldn’t have a conversation. Went back to the front desk and got a refund so we could stay elsewhere.

The staff was unfriendly. The facility was in need of good deep clean. The room appeared to be renovated but shower had mold in it. I would not recommend.

The front desk attendant was an absolute gem, I believe Mark was his name. Very helpful and kind. The property was clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was the room was so hot and took it about 45 mins to cool down. The air unit was so loud and rattled so much, it made it very difficult to sleep. The beds and pillows are mediocre.

The area and the hotel was pretty good. There were a lot of road construction when I was there. You can’t turn left so you have to go to the airport and turn around or walk there.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel is they have added pay to park per day. What is the purpose of paying to park. Just about everyone drives no one is walking to a hotel. Are you trying to ween out a particular population/group of individual?
