Our 1 bedroom loft is walking distance to all of the murals, restaurants and bars in 12th South. We are very close to Belmont and Vanderbilt and just a short drive to the convention center, Broadway and The Gulch!
This space is a one of a kind loft, located in the heart of 12th south. It features a stylish living room with a Queen size pull-out couch, cozy bedroom with a King size bed, and a quiet place away from all the downtown nightlife! You are sure to enjoy this amazing space in the heart of 12th South!
We do a self-check in so you can check in any time after 4:00! We will send you a door code along with your check in instructions prior to check-in. We are local if something should come up where we need to be onsite!
