Stayed for CMA fest, only complaint is there were 5 of us to our room, staying for 5 days & every morning the housekeeping crew would only leave 3 fresh towels even though all 5 were on floor used when they came into clean. Most hotels replace same number of towels as they collect every day. So we had to call front desk each morning which was a pain. But we’d stay again.

The Buffet in the morning was very well supplied. The women making omelets were very friendly. Had a system that worked when multitasking with waffles. The greeter or hostess was always friendly and started to remember us during our whole stay and was very pleasant and it was nice talking with her. The staff working in the dining area were very pleasant. They were very helpful and friendly. It was nice to see a friendly face, They removed plates emptied quickly.

The room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in the front desk asked us if we wanted lower middle or higher level and we said middle and got a room in the higher twenties. Not perfect for someone who doesn’t love heights, but I made the best of it. Valet was ok on drop off, but our car sat in the breeze-way for hours before being shuttled away for the night. The breeze-way for valet needs to have a sign out front of the hotel on the main road to indicate that that area is in fact the valet parking. That was very confusing during chaotic traffic. Otherwise everything was great.
