Perfect place for a Nashville trip!

We enjoyed our time in Nashville, in part to our VRBO! Property was in a safe neighborhood, and just a short drive to downtown, as well as other attractions! Plenty of room for everyone, and a great team to communicate with prior to and during our stay!

Great Place, Location, Layout and Accommodations

We were in town celebrating my son’s Graduation from Belmont University with another family and were happy with the layout of the place.The pictures were as advertised and hosts were great. We enjoyed the short walk to the restaurants and shops on 12th Avenue and loved the proximity to Broadway.It was great being able to park both cars in the garage. I would definitely rent this place again and highly recommend it!!

New Years Trip

The property is great. Plenty of space for all. We did have a hiccup, but both the management company and the owner reached out to us and not only quickly but efficiently corrected the situation to the best of everyone’s ability. Efforts were made and the rest of the stay went perfectly well. I appreciate their efforts and would definitely stay again. Close to everything.

Nashville girls trip

Only thing would need for larger groups was glassware and more blankets otherwise beautiful place and great location. Alittle inconvenient to come and go without a garage door code. Very clean.

Not for families

This property reminded me of a bachelorette/bachelor party house. It was dirty and there were lots of marks on the walls and ceilings. Numerous items were broken: curtain rods, garage door did not open, bugs, dirty dishes and silverware, missing tv remotes, non-adjustable ac/heat for an extended period of time. The dirty bag of linens was left from the previous guests. Also, if you plan to use the kitchen, bring your own items because there isn't enough cooking tools/bowls, etc. It's close to 12 South, but not close enough for walking with little kids. .
