Eastwood on yksi Redfinin kuumimmista USA: n asuinalueista vuonna 2016. Eastwood sijaitsee East Nashvillessä ja alle 2 kilometrin päässä Nashvillen keskustasta. Pysytte upeassa naapurustossa, mutta lohkot ja erittäin lyhyt matka kaikkeen, josta rakastat Nashvillea.
Lockland Table ravintola on alle kilometrin päässä sekä monia muita paikallisia laitoksia vierailla myös antiikkia, vaatteita, ainutlaatuisia lahjoja, ja niin paljon enemmän. Paikallinen eklektinen sekoitus, joka ympäröi sinut East Nashvillessä, keskustan vibe on vain 2 kilometrin päässä oviportaasi!
Tervetuloa Nashville ja haluaisivat isännän Durning vierailua. Tämä on kunnostettu koti, juuri valmistunut lokakuu 2016. Olemme savuton, ja vain pyytää teitä hoitaa sitä kuin omaa. Kiitämme etukäteen tehdä tulevaisuuden vieraille. :)
Meidän 1930 Mökissä on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja yksi kylpyhuone kylpyamme / suihku yhdistelmä. Kylpyhuoneessa on runsaasti pyyhkeitä, elin pestä, shampoo, hoitoaine ....... kaikki mitä tarvitset loman. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa löydät erittäin mukava queen size-vuode vain parhaat lakanat ja lohduttaja. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös istua alas, jossa peili ja hiustenkuivaaja sekä täyspitkä peili samoin. Sohva muuntuu kolmas sänky tarvittaessa nukkuminen ainakin yksi henkilö. Kaikissa mökkisi nukkuu 5 erittäin mukavasti.
Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja on kaikki mitä tarvitset loman aikana. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu on myös mukana pyykkiä saippua pesua varten.
Suuri televisio on valmis sinulle olohuoneessa sekä ilmaisen WiFi-yhteyden ja Crosley-soittimen, jossa on laaja valikoima albumeja, joita voit nauttia loman aikana.
Lopuksi ulos takaovesta löydät mukava kannella valoilla rentoutua ystävien / perheen. Me todella uskomme, että nautit mökistä / ympäröivästä alueestamme ja et voi odottaa kuunnellessasi loman!

Lomakoti on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Shelby Park. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden yleisissä tiloissa ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

The location was perfect. I love East Nashville as it's close to my family and this house was close to everything! Not even a 5 minute drive to all the good restaurants and easy to navigate. House is super cute, clean, and was exactly what we needed for our stay. Gary was great at communicating and answered all my questions!

Host was very kind and prompt in responding. Clean little vintage house that brought back memories from my childhood, including the train horn at night. The king bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is quite small. The location was very nice, short drive to Broadway, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Appreciated the coffee and creamers provided.

Such a great location, convenient to everything yet so peaceful and quiet! The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed the record player, front porch and back deck also! We really enjoyed the local dining (Five Points Pizza and The Pharmacy) and record stores (Grimey and Vinyl Drip). We had a great day in Franklin (The Factory) and of course downtown Nashville Gibson Store and Broadway strip. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves so much! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Such a cute little house! Everything within the house was as expected. It was rather central to everything we were wanting to do, and rideshares were easy to get. There is a few breakfast places and a Publix within 10 minutes of walking. It was a great place to land and regroup after enjoying the day and before going out for nights.

This is a very thoughtfully provisioned house that was immaculately clean in a quiet extremely convenient neighborhood in Nashville. I loved it! The record player with records was a fun touch. Check in and check out were a breeze. Owner was very kind and communicative. Highly, highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location! It’s centrally located and easy to get to all your favorite things to do. The beds and pillows are phenomenal! The best sleep ever had on vacation! Check in was super easy and the owner was very quick to respond if there were questions. This little home was very cute and loved the records and record player.Great little restaurants and coffee places close by as well as grocery stores and other essentials stores if needed.Would definitely stay agin.

Great house in a great location

We loved this house. So cute and clean and we loved the deck out back. The location is great. Cute neighborhood out crowded downtown. Walking distance to some great places. Gary was very responsive and a good host. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great place for our family of 4. Location was perfect, loved the beds and the shower. We could have easily walked to the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, and it was only a short drive into downtown for the farmers market and shopping. Perfect house and location for our needs

My teenage daughter and I came out for a softball tournament in Nash and this house was perfect for us. The beds are super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed & the large backyard has a nice porch to hang out and eat dinner on. The neighborhood is safe & quiet and Publix is conveniently a short walk for groceries. We even walked to downtown (about 40 min) to see the fireworks. There are plenty of restaurants & pubs to stop at along the way. The owner is accommodating and responds quickly. The location is convenient to downtown and to highway access for day trips. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Property

We had a girls trip to Nashville and it was the first time we had been there.The rental property worked very well for us and Gary was wonderful to work with. I personally loved having my morning coffee on the front porch, watching the birds enjoy the morning as well.The location of the home was wonderful also! Close to restaurants and coffee shops and just a short drive to Broadway. Exactly what we wanted!
Cummins State Park is worth the drive!

Short but sweet

Cute little house. Nice for a couple wanting a quiet spot. No TVs in the rooms made it difficult for my in laws to fall asleep, but I love quiet, so no TV was a nice touch for me. The neighborhood was precious.. and convenient to the grocery store and “SlowHand”-which was D-LISH! Late pizza at Florence pizza was yummy too. My only house recommendation is little hook locks in the bathroom. . Thank you for accommodating us
