Had to ask for housekeeping to come. After being there 3 days had to stop someone in the hall for towels and even had to go to the front desk at 1245am to get toilet paper for the room. Wasn’t until day 4 someone came and actually cleaned and took garbages. Other than that fine. Pool was nice and clean, front desk staff was helpful when needed.

I have never been to Nashville. I wanted a hotel close to Broadway so I could walk to the bars. It was really close and I had a wonderful time. So much fun!

So, I book the wrong Hilton thinking it was the one in the Vanderbilt Districts. Ok, I can work with that. Checked in early but my card didnt work for the whole amount because I didnt inform my bank I was going out of town. I talked to the manager, explained what's going on and she let me pay a certain amount that day since it was Sunday and I couldn't call the bank until Monday. Went down the next morning and paid my tab. I had no more issues the rest pf my stay, even the valet guys were on point. Id stay there again!! FYI, only a 3 block walk to Broadway.

It was conveniently 2 blocks from downtown and the staff was super nice. You have to ask for a Roberita when you’re there at the Purple Iris! The rooms were clean and they have a microwave and complimentary water. You’ll be surprised how many hotels don’t!
