The room was good and the staff were great, two things were the breakfast was not up to par with other Holiday inns express and the elevators were slow. We used the stairs a time or two.

Yes everything was great! Very clean the amenities were fine but most of all the staff was exceptionally nice. We left 2 days early because of illness and we were informed that we had a credit coming Bach to us of around 250.00 and needed to contact Hotels. Com. Staff was excellent. Mandatory valet parking and mandatory payment for said parking seemed unnecessary to me. Everything seemed clean though. Elevator traffic was busy in a way that was kind of ridiculous. And stairway options were limited, because the stairs don’t go into the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was going to require too much waiting (lots of foot traffic and everyone was waiting for food that wasn’t there yet) so we skipped out. Could’ve just been an irregular busy day for them, but it felt like certain aspects could have been managed better. Great staff though. Poor management in my opinion.

This was the most hospitable place I've stayed all year. I had a mishap with my reservation before I came down and the hotel resolved it, they also helped me when i needed a late checkout and dropped my breakfast all over the elevator. I'm not used to being treated with kindness that’s above and beyond at an economically priced hotel.
