Good stay in overall. The hotel is on okay location and clean. Customer service was mostly just okay. The associates would point you out to the direction needed for you to do it yourself, I do not mind but it’s just unexpected. The restaurant manager on Saturday was amazing! A true MOD. He handled guest complaints at the lobby with care and empathy. Kudos to Alexis (I think is the name) at the overnight shift that checked me out on Easter. Very enthusiastic, engaging and accommodating. More of what this associate is doing would make this property from good to great!

Not quite ready for prime time at $300/day.

Problems with the thermostat/heater/are conditioning. One can never know whether temps in the room will be based on the settings. The water pressure is very low. The room ceilings are not finished but are left "raw" without paint or other covering.

The welcome desk was friendly but no valet for a while. The temperature was freezing in our room and the thermostat appeared to be broken. Upon checking out I left my phone up in the room with family members still in the room. They wouldn’t let me back up the elevator even after asking if they’d escort me back up.

This is a beautiful hotel but just a little too far from downtown. Bars and Restaurants were open sometimes. Others not. Some of the staff was amazing while others were just. Meh
