The staff at Hyatt Place were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were always welcoming and inviting when we arrived and returned to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and modern. Bed linens and towels were also very clean.

The bed was really comfortable. The overall room was good, but a little dated in some respects. The room was lacking a few amenities that I normally see, such as a plastic laundry bag, hand lotion and plenty of usb ports for charging phones. Only one side of the bed had a way to charge phone. Carpet looked pretty new, which is nice to see.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3-night stay! Our room was very well laid out, comfortable, and quiet. We were up for a horse show, so we were keeping some odd hours, so we were very thankful for the blackout curtain in the room. It was a life (aka sleep) saver! The only critique we had was the breakfast. We wish there were a little healthier, fresher options, but otherwise we had a great time and will definitely be back when we have another show in town.
