We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, which it was. However, they did not have a poo area. Had to walk up a block and use the grass median of a street. There was a closer one at the next door hotel, but it was gravel ( no grass) and the doggos wouldn’t do their thing. Other than that the accommodations were excellent!

Could have been better

Location was excellent and had friendly staff. Communication however is poor and messaging them through the app for clarification of reservations and receipt were not acknowledged. Calling the hotel directly didn't connect to appropriate channel as well and no live person picked up. Beds are too soft. For the price they should give complimentary water. The breakfast had good variety.
