Convenient location and the staff was professional and helpful, for the most part. Our room was clean but smelled a bit musty and the bathroom set up is odd (towels stored in the shower?), with an inconvenient and loud glass door on the room itself. Building also smelled musty. Drinks at the bar were unbelievably expensive.

Amazing trip to Nashville

The whole experience was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Awesome valet staff. Went Above and beyond to help me. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast buffets Definitely will recommend . If I take another trip to Nashville this is the hotel I will stay at.

They made us wait past check-in time to check-in, that was my only major complaint. Room was clean and modern. Proximity to downtown was phenomenal, less than a 5 minute walk to be right on Broadway. Would stay again for sure.
