A great place to stay for a couple of days. It’s a hike the the Nashville party scene, but a quick uber to 12South and other trendy neighborhoods. Very clean and Starbucks within walking distance. Pro tip, the closest one is actually in the Kroger!

Twice the price of the place I stayed in the next day with less amenities. Didn't like the fact that I was charged $30 for parking, and I could barely squeeze my compact car in that night. On the plus side, the rooms were clean and I did like the soft bed and hot shower.

A great location and a lovely set up. Room was comfortable, but the shades were broken. They did make us aware of this before we checked in and it didn't bother us. I was glad they told us. The room was set up nicely, the bathroom was spacious and clean. Staff is great, love the location. I'd definitely stay again!

For the short time I was there, the hotel was great. However, since there was an emergency at 12 am (the fire alarm went off for several hours due to a truck hitting the sprinkler system), all guests were moved to another hotel. During this event, staff did not communicate with us what was going on, what the plans were, etc. Guests had to ask them. We were also told our stays would be comensated, but that has yet to happen.

The front desk and breakfast staff were very pleasant, however my first impression and lasting impression overall was the lack of maintenance. The weather stripping on the sliding entry door was flapping in the breeze. Then coming into our room, I noticed spots on the sofa table and one bedside table. At first I thought they were stuck on permanently, but I was able to clean them off with a wash cloth and a little elbow grease. Next I found that the black out shade was broken. Instead of a pulley chain it had been rolled up and jimmied into the window frame. At bedtime it had to be unrolled then re-rolled in the morning. The in-room coffee maker also did not work. The property advertised a lobby bar, however when, at 5 PM, I asked when it opened, the front desk receptionist said, “Whenever the bar tender shows up.” As it turns out, upon returning from dinner at 8:30 it became apparent that no bartender showed up. For the price, this hotel was a poor value and I would not choose it in the future.
