There was blood splatter on the bathroom, room had a bad odor. Once we asked to be moved to a different room that the door didn’t latch and the sheets were yellow and full of hair. Road construction going on at 2am, ended up leaving to get a new hotel room because we just didn’t feel comfortable. Front desk guy was kind and helpful, but overall not the best experience.

Horrible stay had cockroaches in the room, main door didn’t actually fit the frame and just about locked, is a very rough neighbourhood and breakfast was only pancakes, rubbery sausage pattys and scrambled egg

It was clean and well taken care of. We stayed for 2 nights and maintenance changed our towels but did not change the bed sheets and we found some of our stuff thrown in the floor as well.

This was my second time and both times I found the accommodations quite fine. When I arrived this last time, the overhead light in my room was not working. The front desk immediately switched the room, escorted me to the new room and checked all the lights to make sure everything was in order. It's not fancy, but it's well kept and comfortable.

Place is not too far from lower Broadway (5 minutes drive). Least expensive (~$80) compared to similar hotels around on the day I made a reservation 6-17-2025. They ask to pay additional $10 fee for parking which is not mentioned anywhere during reservation (why?). Cleanliness is average but overall conditions felt a bit undermaintained. Breakfast was

Amazing for the price! Clean room, it’s a basic motel with no frills which I prefer. Easier to access my car without elevators and lobbies, and a beautiful 5 minute walk over the bridge gives you a great skyline view and puts you right to Brooklyn Bowl where I was attending a concert. I suppose this area is germantown just a few blocks north of downtown. It was very easy to access the entire city from here. Front desk was quick and it was very easy to extend my stay one night when check out came too soon. Thanks again!
