I had to switch to a clean room after arrival. The bathroom was dirty, but switching was easy. I also decided to stay an extra night and adding it wasn't too difficult. The staff was really nice.

pagué en su totalidad al momento de hacer la reserva. Cuando llegue al hotel me atendieron de manera muy grosera y me cobraron más dinero para poder hacer check in. Pregunto si ya yo pagué porque me cobró más ? Si yo entiendo del depósito pero no es ni la cantidad que dice pueden cobrar. 2. La habitación es deprimente y no hay ni quien se bañe en esa ducha. Yo decidí quedarme aún así porque hacía mucho frío y ya venía de otro mal rato con otro hotel. Pero la gota que colmó el vaso fue que me levanté con bichos pegados a mi ropa interior. O sea es higiene es la protección de los clientes. Son zonas íntimas donde hay que tener cuidado como es que yo me levanto y las tengo pegadas en mi ropa interior como si nada. Fui a la oficina pero no había nadie y Yo tuve que levantarme y continuar durmiendo en el carro. El baño con una parte ropa de la agarradera de metal rota que puede cortar a alguien. El baño lleno de limo y con pelos Rente la habitación porque decía que aceptaban animales y en el lobby había un papel de la política de animales y no me permitieron entrarlo tuvo que dormir en mi carro.

They need to remodel asap its was dead bugs and alive and it was a stink bug crawling on the ceiling. The door barely closed. It was spots on the curtains in the room smell like old carpet. The showerhead had rust in it. The tub wasn’t clean. The bathroom had yellow stains within the toilet because I mean pee has sat there for a long time. It wasn’t clean for a while. The walls had cracks in them in the corner of the walls. They look like black mold, but I don’t know if it was or not but overall they don’t take deposits and pet fee is free. That is the only best part but other than that, I will never stay here again.

The room was very dirty and smelled like pee and cigarettes. There were roaches in the bathroom and I found a bed bug crawling in the bed the next morning.
