The room was amazing. It was clean and very homey. Now was my impression of it skewed by the fact that I'd been in a freezing house for 3 days without power? Maybe, but I think this would be a top tier room for any reason.

The room/living area/bathroom were all clean. The bed was hard and felt smaller than a queen to me. I hardly slept at all because I could here a person upstairs that was walking back and forth more than an hour in the middle of the night and than banging her door open/closed. Floor/walls are very thin! I could could practically hear her conversation! I was also disappointed that I had to pay $60 dollars to park my car. I won't be back.

The overall stay was pleasant. Staff was undoubtedly very friendly and helpful. The unit condition was good but had room for improvement. Nothing outrageous just tightening or fastening of fixtures such as the kitchen faucet, bathroom towel holder and toilet paper holder. Very clean and would surely recommend. Only thing else I would add is to utilize the valet parking if you can because our truck was broken into the first night and it was on the side of the hotel, in a well lit area. That’s not the hotels fault but just a word of advice just in case.

Really impressed with the room size with living rooom, kitchen, and washer/dryer. Didn’t need the amenities but was nice to have. Also, free shuttle to broadway. Great place to stay for price and location
