Easy, Affordable, Friendly, Clean

We booked same day ( around 9 AM and checked in at 4 PM). 1 bedroom on the 7th floor. View was nice. Simple design, clean, and everything was as described. Parking was 27 per night and easy. The water pressure was awful. The water pressure was our only complaint. A few things need to be fixed in and around the hotel ( the door to housekeeping storage was badly damaged for example). The staff were fantastic and the other guests were nice, quiet , and family friendly. Several guests had well behaved dogs. It would have been damn near perfect if that water pressure was good. To give you an idea of how bad the water pressure was; The jets of the shower didn't come out but for about 9 inches before the water just arched down towards the shower floor. It couldn't spray the back wall of the shower or even reach the center drain. Pretty bad water pressure, right? Otherwise, like I said...I liked it over all and would definitely stay again considering all the other good qualities and by comparison to many of the other places in that area of Nashville ( downtown/music row/ Vanderbilt health access), it was safe, nice, clean, affordable, and comfortable.

Pros: clean. Safe neighborhood away from the noise. Good shower head pressure. Cons: beds are very firm. Poor internet connectivity. Makes it very challenging when visiting a city where internet is needed.

Perfect Location, Perfect Hotel

The motif is a fantastic hotel. I love the feeling of luxury apartment living. From the lobby to the room, everything was cozy and well kept. The kitchen had the tools I needed to cook several meals. The balcony was fantastic. The entire stay was A+. It was so quiet and the dark, cool rooms made for perfect sleeping. This is my Nashville choice for a hotel going forward.

It is beautiful hotel, but I was a little disappointed with the amenities, went downstairs the first morning to get some coffee and there was no cream pretty much no cream all day. Also the parking garage is very confusing and very poorly signed. We got lost a few times. The rooms are beautiful, but I had to lean the bathroom before using it ! That shouldn’t happen with such a new hotel. Also I never saw any housekeeping I wasn’t made aware of any housekeeping to call for any issues.

First time staying here. We were in town for a concert at Nissan and needed a place to stay. A quick Uber ride got us there and back. We didn't get to do much around the hotel, but I'd like to go back. We noticed all the recording studios so would like to walk and just check the area. The room was roomy and had everything we needed. I'd recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in Nashville

It was a car only hotel! Paid for parking and my truck would not fit When I said something was told that it was car only. Id have to find parking. Did not get parking charges back.
