Music City Melody: Brand New Craftsman Gem!

Welcome to Villa Place, an incredible Craftsman, immaculately decorated home gently tucked in Edgehill Village, in the heart of Music Row. Our beautifully restored home offers you and your group a comfortable place to hang your hat and enjoy our favorite city. While we did major upgrades on the house, we still managed to leave the charm of a true Nashville craftsman. We are so excited to play a special part in the Nashville vacation of your dreams.

We have combined our decade of experience as Airbnb hosts with our design team`s thoughtfulness and craft to create a home we feel is perfect for entertaining, hosting, and comfort while staying true to the home`s original charm and character. We want our guests to experience our Nashville craftsman as if it`s their home away from home.

Our downstairs features a formal living room and den, as well as a spacious dining area and an open chef`s kitchen & butler`s pantry. It features an office with a single bed, and two bedrooms -- one with a queen-size bed and the other with a king-size bed. There is a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower and a half bathroom tucked behind the den.

Just up the stairs you`ll find we have a landing with an additional single bed, two bedrooms, and the Master Suite. One bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the other has two twin-size beds. These bedrooms have a shared bathroom and closet space. The spacious Master Suite has a California king-size bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and a large walk-in shower.

Please note that prior to renovations, we had a hot tub. We no longer have the hot tub.

The entire home is all yours to enjoy and get comfortable!

Our office is in the detached garage unit in the back of the home, so we are occasionally nearby if you need us for anything.

However, we like to give guests full privacy and use of the home. Sometimes, we meet our guests at check-in to teach them how to use our home`s sound system, fireplace, or anything else.

Your home away from home is within a radius between 1 to 2 miles are the Honky Tonks on Broadway, 12th South, & the recording studios of Music Row/ Berry Hill! In addition, most of the city`s best restaurants, bars, and nightlife are so close to you.

Uber and Lyft are the perfect options in our area and the best way to get around our beautiful, fun-filled city.

The driveway comfortably accommodates 2 vehicles. You are welcome to utilize street parking for additional vehicles. Finding street parking in front of our home should not be a problem.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $75 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
