The home features a bright, open-plan layout. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable Queen beds and luxury linens. For extra guests, there is a sofa bed in the living area. We’ve included a Smart TV for streaming, an in-unit washer/dryer with pods, and all the bathroom essentials like shampoo and body wash.

Parking & Transit:
We provide one covered parking spot, though please note it is best suited for a compact vehicle. If you have a larger SUV or truck, there is additional first-come, first-serve parking right in front of the building. Broadway and the Downtown hotspots are less than 5 miles away, usually a quick 10 to 12-minute rideshare.

The Neighborhood:
East Nashville is known for its walkable streets and incredible food scene. Local favorites like Lockeland Table and Marché are just over a mile away. You get the authentic `Music City` experience here, friendly, cultural, and much more relaxed than the downtown hotels.

My best friend and I just returned home after spending a wonderful week at Mark’s VRBO in Nashville. It was beautifully decorated and had everything that we could possibly need. We especially loved having coffee, wine, and lunch on the two rooftop areas, complete with outdoor lighting!Our host Mark was totally accommodating and promptly answered any questions we had.I will definitely be staying there again the next time I visit Nashville!

Loved the rooftop

Very clean and well kept. The rooftop was a great addition. We had it all to ourselves. The property was quiet and easy to get to.

Place was very clean and had a modern look. Surrounding area (neighborhood) was dated and unkempt. Train track ran directly behind apartment. Wish we had a later checkout being we stayed out late the night before 10am was to early. Overall good experience!!

Great place

We had the best time here. Came for our Sons 21st birthday and it was a great location. Near plenty of food options and just a short ride to Broadway! The host was awesome and available to answer any questions/concerns we had. We will stay here again!

Great place!

We were visiting Jan 17-20 for a friends birthday. The majority of our group stayed downtown, but we didn’t want to pay the absorbent price of a hotel. This place was perfect. There were 3 of us here, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a little trouble with the lock getting in, but I messaged right away, and they walked us through it. It was about a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. So easy!

NIce place

Overall a very nice condo. Located close to Opryland and Downtown. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. A bit noisy though being so close to a freight train line, but not a major issue. Would definitely book again if another trip to Nashville is happening. Parking in the offered garage is a bit tight though if you have an SUV.
