Lomat ovat lepoa, rentoutumista, hauskaa ja muistojen tekemistä. Ei ole parempaa paikkaa kuin takakuistilla kahvia juomassa Cumberland-joelle.

Best House in Nashville

This house could not have been more perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and the living room made for the prefect spot to play card games and engage with those cooking. We had a private yoga session at the house and the back porch made for a great spot for serenity as we got to look at the river the whole time. Even though it was hot while we were there, we made good use of the hot tub to help us loosen our muscles. The kitchen had everything we could think of, and more than enough dish and silverware. Two of the members of the group were professional chefs and would not stop raving about the stove. The vintage decor in and around the house made for this house to feel like a home for all us, and we were very sad to leave. Not to mention that this place was only 20 minutes to downtown Nashville, allowing us to escape the party scene and come home to peace and quiet. The next time I come to Nashville I will be booking this house again as it was everything and more then we dreamed it to be.

Perfect Getaway Close to Airport and Nashville

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport and just a short drive from downtown Nashville. The decor is absolutely stunning. The house was unique and welcoming. We loved the breathtaking view of the river, which provided a serene backdrop for our mornings and evenings. The house is spacious with plenty of seating and areas you where you can find some quiet time away from the group. My absolute favorites were the butterflies that surrounded the trees in the yard and the owl we heard in the evening. Highly recommend!

Joint Bachelor/Bachelorette

My fiance and I saw this beautiful property and knew we had to host our bachelor/bachelorette with our closest friends. WOW were we all blown away, not only by how expansive and scenic the place was, but also by how accommodating the hosts were for the entire experience. Not only did they give daily updates on the river conditions as we were looking into renting the pontoon, but they also allowed my fiancé’s maid of honor to enter the property early to set up decorations. If you are looking for a place that will make everyone’s jaws drop, this is it.

“Turning 50 & Getting Married”

We utilized everything this home had to offer during our stay….we cooked, used the fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub, took tons of awesome pictures and woke up each morning to an amazing view of the river! The host was great and gave us early check-in as well as late check-out. This house worked out great for us!!! Our party of eleven all had hot showers & baths at any time with great water pressure!!! There were plenty of towels, linens, blankets and all the kitchen necessities. The hot tub was perfect for our tired muscles after being out walking and dancing. We had a large group so getting around required two Ubers. They were always quick to arrive so that was no inconvenience. We ended our trip by departing on the pontoon boat and fun was had by all. Getting down the stairs and on the boat with our luggage was a task but totally worth it!!! Great stay ….we would totally do it again!!! Gaylord Hotel was amazing, Broadway was crazy and the rooftops has amazing views.

Pennington Bend Stay

I sent emails to all 8 women who stayed at the house. Their comments were varied so I’m condensing. Everyone liked the porch, river view and kitchen/family room set up. The host seemed very accommodating and was always quick to answer any questions. The outside could really use some maintenance. Some of the furniture is old and stained and could use updating. It felt cluttered and not like it had been given a really good cleaning. The toilet in the master bath hadn’t been flushed and there were things in the hamper. 8 women trying to use 2 showers was a stretch. Overall our trip was fun but the house seems like it would be more suited to a family reunion in the summertime.

Wedding retreat

We used the fire pit and the hot tub. Most of the time we were there we were gazing at the beautiful river. We saw turkeys and even a very large woodchuck! A retreat inside the city. Great location.

Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful stay celebrating an 80th birthday. The house is a great location to grand ole Opry and the general Jackson cruise. Short drive downtown was easy. John our host was very accommodating. We are planning our return.

Our Nashville experience

Our stay at this property was amazing. This house can not be labeled as just a place to stay, it is truely a Nashville experience. Communication with the host was spectacular. Checking in was very smooth. We loved the outdoors space. The wraparound porch was the perfect place for relaxing and reconnecting with my family. I was able to put up my 20 foot inflatable movie screen in that large yard. Family movie night was nice. Loved having the fire pit with the providing kindling and logs. The decor inside the home is eclectic. We spent hours investigating all those interesting items. There is nothing cookie cutter about this house. We loved the fauces, clawfoot tub, sinks, hook door locks, wood burning heater, the furniture, I can go on and on.... Very spacious livingroom/dinningroom/kitchen where we enjoyed our family meals and played games that were provided in a game cabinet. This location made it very easy to travel downtown. Also, it is about walking distance to Gaylord Opryland which was a great place to visit for a few hours. I recommend this river house property for everyone. My family and I loved. We had so much fun.

This property is the PERFECT Nashville stay! So close to EVERYTHING yet BEAUTIFUL country living at the same time! The property owners are AMAZING! Would HIGHLY recommend booking this property. Amazing memories were made at the PERFECT location. DEFINITELY staying here again when back in Nashville.
