Very nice receptionist, LaDonna, pleasantly started off what turned out to be a surprisingly great experience. Finding a hotel of this high caliber at such a low price is nothing short of pure luck. Clean, great room, great bed, very soundproof room, and an excellent burger (too tired to leave the hotel grounds after driving all day). The only thing that might improve it would be actual room service (but for the price of the hotel and what you get otherwise, I’ll gladly carry my dinner order - friendly personable bartender with whom you place your order, too). See photos of the grand front entrance you’ll see when you pull up and that’s just the beginning. Excellent experience!

The stay was great. The hotel was beautiful but i didn't like being woke up at 7 something in the morning to people banging and working on the building. No warning or anything. Kinda feels like i wasted my money for nothing when I went for peace

Front desk employees were rude, also I’ve never had a hotel charge for early check in when they said the room is ready. Or charge for parking when there’s clearly spots and we’re not in a busy downtown area. No good breaks fast, gross floors by the pool, coffee machine was broken. There were no directions in the hotel room, didn’t find the hotel tv station for 2 days which would have been helpful from the start. The balcony view was eye level with rocks and the roof on the second floor. Signage was incorrect about where the room was, the mini hand lotion was already opened and used in our room. Very disappointing.
