The lock on my door wouldnt go in when you closed the door so you could only close it from the inside. Maintenance told me you have to push the inside handle all the way down, then close the door quick. He said all the doors were like that. Which is a lie.

Sheraton went above and beyond in making my family and I’s stay amazing. We stayed from Tuesday-Saturday due to being displaced due from the ice storm in Nashville. Everyday we were met with smiles, good food, quick service, and clean rooms (upon request). Even amongst all the people staying there, we never felt neglected.The bartenders were fantastic and made it a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Highly recommend staying here for any situation

One of the comforters had big lumps from so much washing, which you could feel on underside as well. Asked for a change. They said they didn’t have anymore but would move me rooms, I declined as we’d done prepared our clothes for an early flight the next day..
