**PLEASE NOTE there are many stairs in this home. Also, we do not supply the propane for the gas firepit on the patio. There may be some left over from a previous guest. If not, you can pick some up at the grocery store.

**If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (7%).

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. No locals guests are allowed to book.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential community, please respect our neighbors.
