Welcome to your East Nashville home base! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you within walking distance of Five Points and a quick trip to downtown, Music Row, and the Arts District.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, walkable stay in this East Nashville condo designed for easy city exploring. The home sleeps 6 across two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it a great fit for families or friends. The primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk, and a second full bathroom also offers a walk-in shower for added convenience. You’ll have in-unit laundry to keep packing light, plus a small, covered parking lot available on a first-come, first-served basis with additional street parking nearby.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: There is a small, covered parking lot available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited. Additional parking is available on the street.

• App-based entry: This property uses a Door smart lock system that requires the free Door app on your phone. You’ll receive a message before arrival requesting your email so we can grant access and ensure a smooth check-in. Additional instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

• Stairs: Please note the condo has stairs. See photos for reference.

• Pet policy: This property is not pet friendly.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the unit.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

The cleanliness and newness were the 1st two things that stood out, but after a long drive sitting down in the comfortable chairs was rewarding. Looking over to the stereo, we noticed LPs and put on a little Patsy Cline, following it up with some Johnny Cash. At the end of the night, we all fell asleep on some of the most comfortable beds we've been at outside our own house. It was definitely as described if not more. Easy Uber to downtown, no hassle l. Check out was as simple as checking in. We will be back. From value perspective, it was more than fair... See you again soon.

place was very nice and clean but it really was annoying that we could not get in an hour or two earlier when the condo was empty before us. we had to pay to store our luggage at a private business because you would not let us drop off our luggage. what's the big deal when the place is ready. just seems you could have helped us a little more. you would khkave lost nothing by helping us

The check in process was a little shaky because I never received the email but when I messaged you about it you were quick to respond! One more thing anyone staying there should know that you will need to uber or take the city bus into town. (Not a bad thing)

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The accommodations were fantastic and located a short uber/lyft ride to downtown area. Only negative was the checkin process. Expect to spend as much time filling out info as you would buying a house. They want everything except your blood type.

Perfect size for our group with a close uber/lyft to broadway. Listing was a little off as it is about a 8-10 minute drive to broadway and not the 3 minute drive as advertised. Overall easy check in/check out and clean unit.

Overall great place!

Location of this condo was great! We were able to Uber everywhere within about 10 minutes. Super easy! Accurate to say it was close to Nissan stadium, but Walking to Broadway would have been a bit far! The condo itself was set up great and the sleeping accommodations were VERY comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious! The building was quiet. Parking was available and also easy! Having access to the building via latch was also very easy! We didn’t realize the condo door didn’t automatically lock upon closing—just be mindful to actually turn the lock on the door when you leave. Communication was often, prompt, clear and considerate! No negatives other than to say I expect absolute cleanliness. The master bathroom mirrors and light sconces were dusty and the shower had staining in the grout, making it a bit unsightly. With only 4 people, by the 4th shower in the morning, hot water had run short.All in all, it was a comfortable and safe place to stay.We would recommend it to others!

Great Condo for exploring Nashville

Great condo! Great stay! The condo is adorably decorated and well equipped. The beds are comfy! We loved the record player and record selection. Parking was easy under the building. Nissan stadium and Broadway are walkable but we used ride share and it was easy and cheap. Surrounding area has lots of food and drink. Great stay!

The Jolene makes you feel like you are in Nashville

Overall the Jolene was amazing - decor was inviting and you knew you were in music city. Cleanliness in showers was lacking - reached out and company offered to come and remedy but we had an event to get ready for and were leaving the next day so I declined. Also stripped bed (realized I didn't need to) and there was dried blood stain on mattress protector. We were able to check in early, however, the scan app would not work until our actual check in time so that got a little confusing but again company was responsive.

Good Stay, but Communication/Maintenance Issues

Overall, this property was very clean and had everything we were looking for in our stay.One issue is that we had a smoke detector chirping for a whole day due to low battery and maintenance never arrived. Additionally, the window in the bedroom is broken and was allowing rain to soak the floor. Maintenance didn't arrive to address this either even though the host said they would.This did not hinder our trip but it would've been nice to have these problems addressed rather than just receiving the same "we will address the team and get back to you" message from the host.

The property was exactly as we expected. It was a very convenient area in East Nashville. It was extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. I texted a couple of times about questions and they responded promptly. My family visits Nashville a couple of times a year and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Nashville getaway digs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Music City condo. It was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for 2 couples. Good eats nearby and not far from the downtown action. The only downside was that it was within earshot of the train whistles, which started up early every morning. The street noise from Main Street was loud most nights, until 1pm or so. A good home base, for a long weekend in Music City.

Friends were jealous

Our rental was phenominal. Great for four adults. Could not have asked for more except maybe a kettle. Everything was there, tidy, neat and welcoming. Although we received some wonky messages about payment, everything turned out fantastic. Parking was tight, but advertised. t was close to everything we wanted.Friends have asked us about booking it. Thanks.
