My room was beautifully updated, clean, comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is there was no snack machine on the 3rd floor. I ordered pizza delivery and had a nice evening watching TV and relaxing.

Bed was kind of like a water bed, very bouncy! Everything was good. We did not have breakfast. I security lock on our door had screws hanging out. A good kick would open the door, but that would wake the whole building up so i wasnt concerned.

Mixed Experience – Needs Improvement I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While the facilities were generally okay and I felt safe throughout my stay, cleanliness and maintenance definitely need attention. The air conditioning in our room had a musty smell, and overall upkeep of the premises could be better. On a positive note, the bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable—no complaints there. However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised to end at 9:30 AM, I arrived at 8:55 AM to find the dining area completely empty: no eggs, no sausage, extremely runny waffle batter, and empty dispensers for both yogurt and coffee. The staff member handling breakfast was noticeably rude, but I sympathize with her situation—she was also managing the front desk at the same time, which suggests the hotel is understaffed. Overall, the hotel lacks organization and sufficient staffing, and cleanliness standards fall short. Despite feeling safe, I don’t plan to return.

My only complaint besides lack of snacks (most spots were empty) is the fact I can get better deals on 3rd party apps so half the time I don’t book via Wyndham app. I got tonight’s room $20 less than if I booked directly. Disappointing that 3rd party apps offer better deals makes me wonder how being a member helps

This Hotel was amazing. The room was really clean and really big. The bathroom and shower were really big as well. The room smelled really nice when we walked in. The Man that checked us in was really nice. We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel, rooms were clean. Only issue was you could hear the neighbours very easily through adjoining doors that were shut. Could hear their tv and hair dryer and conversations .

Nice and Affordable too

Good parking and close to Kroger's, restaurants for food. Staff was friendly , breakfast was good too, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. I didn't get a chance to us ethe gym, but will next time.
