They gave our room away, told Us they were gonna put us up in a similar nice place, and put us in a crappy motel that we had to pay MORE FOR. Will not be dealing with Payton and this property again.

Was disappointed in the accommodations and seemed like a rough neighborhood. Next time I will spend more money on nicer accommodations, the Quality Inn or LaQuinta would have been a better choice.

No one was at the front desk to check in at 10:30 pm. Tried calling the provided phone number multiple times and no one answered. Another customer had already been trying to reach someone for 30 minutes. I ended up having to go to another hotel. The right thing to do is to give a full refund.
