They gave our room away, told
Us they were gonna put us up in a similar nice place, and put us in a crappy motel that we had to pay MORE FOR. Will not be dealing with Payton and this property again.
Load people at all hours of night roaming halls trying to get into room that were not there’s . Room smelled and amenities were not provided that were listed in description
Roaches were running everywhere when I turned the lights on in the room. Needless to say I didn’t stay and went to a different motel. Now this place won’t even refund me my money. Absolute nightmare….
Staff was wonderful and assisted immediately when I discovered the desk did not have a chair I needed for my business travel. Within 5 minutes I had what was needed.
Trashy place. The front desk hung up on me when I called about extra charges for days after I checked out. Then they never answered the phone again. I had to call multiple corporate numbers to get 50% of my extra charges back. Stay away
Was disappointed in the accommodations and seemed like a rough neighborhood. Next time I will spend more money on nicer accommodations, the Quality Inn or LaQuinta would have been a better choice.

Disliked: Staff & service
No one was at the front desk to check in at 10:30 pm. Tried calling the provided phone number multiple times and no one answered. Another customer had already been trying to reach someone for 30 minutes. I ended up having to go to another hotel. The right thing to do is to give a full refund.
