Love woodspring suites

Front office staff are amazing. Rooms are beautiful. Gotta love having a full-size refrigerator and a cooktop so you can prepare meals for your family. Property is always clean not loud, peaceful beautiful love it!

My experience from 7/10 to 7/12

Hair left over in shower, no options for a extended stay for breakfast or coffee for real. The smell in the building once you got on the floors. Smelled like wet dog or something. Just an unique type of smell idk. Saw a couple of roaches roaming around. One in my bed room. Good area for dinning out. Idk! I wouldnt stay there again but if you're own a certain budget. Maybe someone else experience may be better idk. This is strickly about my experience.

Nice stay but be prepared.

Nice hotel room and facility. If you plan to use the kitchenette, bring your own utensils to cook and eat with otherwise you will need to purchase them.

This place was not a hotel more like a place being rented by homeless people. Noisy and scary. We drove up and there were residents sitting on curbs smoking hanging out in their cars. No sleep. Noisy. No one at front desk from around 8 pm till we checked out. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLL.

Property was maintained but room did not uave hair dryer, iron or ironing board. Went to the fron desk to the front desk to requests them. The front desk agent never came to the desk after being called on the front desk phone. I was late to meeting and my clothes were wrinkly. Don't appreciate the lack of regard.

I come every three months drive 5 hours from my home for treatment with an area surgeon so always spend night in a local hotel! My experience at Woodsprings was something Ive never experienced before to say the least!

Had a disappointing stay. Staff was rude and unprofessional after I reported a broken faucet. We were moved to a room that smelled bad, and staff unfairly denied us entry through a door they allowed others to use. Poor service overall — would not recommend.

I don't know who thought skimping on hotel front desk staff would be a good idea, but they should be fired. After a long day of driving to be with my daughter at the hospital, i arrived and was locked out. I had to call someone to let me in. He sounded like i had just gotten him out of bed and wasn't happy about it. I waited 8 minutes...which might not seem long to some, but when you're physically and emotionally drained and have no where to even sit to wait...8 minutes is a long time. Once he got to the desk, he waved something, trying to get my attention. Another guest in the lobby had to get my attention. I feel he should have opened the door for me instead of flagging me down. Check out wasn't much better. I had to leave early to get back to the hospital, but there was no place to return the key...and no staff. I had to drag all my stuff BACK to my toom to leave the key there. Terrible experience.
