The rooms need to be update asap the floors was coming up the room made me not want to lay in the bed it was give bedbugs. I don’t want to take a shower at all.

Had a disappointing stay. Staff was rude and unprofessional after I reported a broken faucet. We were moved to a room that smelled bad, and staff unfairly denied us entry through a door they allowed others to use. Poor service overall — would not recommend.

I don't know who thought skimping on hotel front desk staff would be a good idea, but they should be fired. After a long day of driving to be with my daughter at the hospital, i arrived and was locked out. I had to call someone to let me in. He sounded like i had just gotten him out of bed and wasn't happy about it. I waited 8 minutes...which might not seem long to some, but when you're physically and emotionally drained and have no where to even sit to wait...8 minutes is a long time. Once he got to the desk, he waved something, trying to get my attention. Another guest in the lobby had to get my attention. I feel he should have opened the door for me instead of flagging me down. Check out wasn't much better. I had to leave early to get back to the hospital, but there was no place to return the key...and no staff. I had to drag all my stuff BACK to my toom to leave the key there. Terrible experience.

Won’t stay there again.

The room was clean but the room had a terrible smell that made it miserable. Never found the ice machine and no one ever at the front counter. Nice area
