The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out any food from cupboards, fridge and freezer. Put garbage by the door on the outside. Turn off the thermostat and all televisions. Make sure all windows are closed.
Return umbrellas to the umbrella stand by the door. Leave gate remote on the credenza by the door. It is $120 to replace.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Tasha's condo was perfect for your stay! The unit is fully stocked with everything that you need, clean and conveniently located in the Cable Beach area. Tasha was easy to deal with, she provided useful recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions/concerns that we may have had.If you'd like to explore the island, I suggest renting a car. Cabs can get expensive, however the condo is located close to the bus stop. We spent most of our holiday exploring different beaches; our favourites being Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island and Love Beach. Sandy Port Beach is nice as well; within walking distance from the condo. We did a snorkelling trip to Green Cay as well with Bluefin 242, our guides were great! They do small groups only, which was nice. Some good restaurants in the area; The Poopdeck, Twisted Lime Bar & Grill in Sandyport Beach Resort, Blue Sail Restaurant. It's also good to check out Fish Fry at Arawak Cay. Lots of small local restaurants. We look forward to visiting the Bahamas again!

Beautiful condo!

Tasha’s condo is beautiful. Very modern with new/modern appliances. Tasha thought of everything regarding amenities…plenty of towels, phone chargers in every room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in both bathrooms, Keurig and coffee pods, coolers for the beach.The only thing missing that would have been nice is a grill. We did talk to some owners at the pool that said there used to be a community grill but they weren’t sure what happened to it!We had an awesome stay…I would recommend renting a car if you stay here. You can walk to a couple restaurants and the grocery store is right next door, which is nice, but it is pretty far to a beach. We took the bus for the first couple days but the buses only run until like 6:00 pm. Was glad we rented car because we got to see so much more of the island.People in Nassau are very friendly. We felt very safe here.Tasha was AWESOME….replied to our messages very promptly.We would stay again.

Trip to Cable Beach

Probably the nicest and most well equipped rental we've ever stayed in. Tasha is an amazing host and the unit was beautifully decorated.
