The property was great the only issue was how expensive everything was. It was a bit much even for a resort

we got stuck on the elevator between floors for over 45 minutes. no compensation was offered or no apology either. one of the restaurants charged me a $10 fee for not ordering an alcoholic drink. i questioned this and was told thats just what they do. im a recovering alcoholic! I have terminal cancer and i wanted to take one last memorable trip with my wife. Well, it was memorable and not in a good way!!! After all the money that was spent on this trip you would think the customer service and hospitality should be better. We are so disappointed and will let everyone know about this resort and how terrible the stay and service was!

Shower was broken in not one but two rooms. We stayed 2 nights and had two different rooms. The staff are disenchanted with their jobs. The food is lack lustre unless you enjoy processed bag food and diluted drinks - even the breakfast waiter pulled a face with the orange juice and avocado offering!

Rooms wore nice and clean, ocean views of the balcony love it I saw cruises come in and out every day to boat duck. Beach was nice and clean water blue like the sky . I enjoyed the stay at Margaritaville hotel located near shop, and restaurant. Pool nice and big lazy river is a plus. Staff attentive to our needs..
