Overall facility was always kept extremely cold; the pastry bar wasn't fully stocked at times. Other than that, everything was great! Location, beach, food, cleanliness and staff was fantastic!

Good view of and sofa sand beach. Hotel facility is not brand new. And 2 things suggest improve: taxi called by lobby better provide receipt or invoice and add more shower points at entrance of beach to wash the sand attached on body. Thank you

I trusted the brand of the Rio Hotel, but it was amazing that the overall facilities were backward, the small swimming pool, and the lights in the hotel lobby were not turned on until it was strangely dark. The room I was assigned to had a bad smell and the sound of an old refrigerator all night, so I had to change the room. I Checked In At The Hotel Around 4 O'Clock, But The Restaurant Was Almost Closed, So I Was Disappointed That There Were Only Pizza And French Fries. But I got used to it as time went by and the color of the sea was really fantastic.

Very disappointed. Our flight was cancelled one day than delayed 6 times. I emailed the resort to let them know. When we got there they gave away our room so they put us in a room with ocean view but told us don’t get comfortable we have to change you in the morning. Next day put us in a room with our view as the rooftop. Went from room 832 to 300
