Wonderful resort with plenty to do and places to eat. The grounds were amazing with terrific pools and a pretty beach. The staff were very attentive with helping my lady friend resolve a scheduling issue. The Skybar was a bit slow until 10:00pm to midnight which is when it gets hopping. Shanice is an excellent bartender at the Skybar. She has a great personality and enjoys good conversation and is very attentive. My fav was the Jazzbar which has a great vibe with not just jazz but a little disco and hip hop in addition. I would recommend the Baha Mar SLS to anyone.

The friendliness of the staff Js falling like a rock. Casino dealers, casino cashiers terrible!, pit bosses, wait staff in restaurants, and even pool attendants. Staff not trained! This is our fourth experience and the previous stays were perfect!

Overall a good stay, but a couple things can’t be ignored- the bathrooms are just too small/weirdly configured for a hotel of SLS’ caliber. Also, I had a couple hundred dollar charge on my bill when checking out that definitely wasn’t ours. The staff was less than helpful and said they would get back to me with a resolution in “24-72 hours”…they of course didn’t so I now have to track this down myself, when any other luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed at had just removed a bad charge with no questions asked.

Always a fantastic time at the SLS Baha Mar. Stayed in the suite and love it. Only issue is the place is so busy during high season (Jan-Apr), that even getting restaurant reservations and pool chair reservations is almost impossible. Its no longer the hidden gem it used to be.

Be careful about dinner plans. You have to plan ahead to get any reasonable reservation time. Rumor on property was you need to make reservations one or two months ahead of time. Thank goodness there is room service and several restaurants do take out.

I had a great stay at the SLS Baha Mar. the fact that the entire complex is all connected via casino/mall is nice. The beach front was lovely and so were the pools. My only complaint was that the doors are very poorly insulated to keep noise out from the halls. It was very loud at certain times.

Nothing positive to share. Dinning was nice, but far overpriced. Resort fees were extreme and there is on 15 percent service charge on everything including your room. There is also a 10 percent VAT charge included on everything. Just giving everyone a heads up because none of these charges are included in your booking with travel agencies.

Its a beautiful place. Service providers wonderful. Special shout to lyndon and dialo, wonderful gentlemen. However, the property can be very noisy with loud music playing that not everyone enjoys. We found the property confusing to navigate and the maps not always helpful. We thought all pools were available to us but not true of rosewood?? And finally its expensive but some charges were ridiculously excessive.
