We recently stayed at SLS for 4 nights, overall it was a great trip but we did have some hiccups during our stay. Tip: They have an alcohol shop in the airport after you collect your bag, highly recommend as drinks are VERY expensive at the resort, also buy alcohol from duty free on your way there, this saved us a lot of money on drinks (each drink was roughly 25$ USD) Also buy your own water bottles from the airport or buy from Island Essentials which was cheapest at the resort Pros: The beach, pier, lobby is beautiful - the resort overall is beautiful and very lush feeling due to the greenery and maintenance Concierge was helpful and kind Lots of food options Lots of shops and casino space Cleo was a great restaurant - and we mentioned it was an anniversary Food trucks on the beach were a great food option Check out the flamingos Taxis was readily available Download the Baha Mar App - was useful Cons: The concierge didn't ask if we are celebrating anything, even though we heard the previous guests being asked and given a drink voucher Beach staff in yellow were dismissive and rude Too many kids if you're looking for a relaxing stay Lazy river was great except the kids were walking through it and splashing on you, the lifeguards could care less and looked miserable Most of the pools cost money to reserve a lounger or a cabana so it was limited if you just wanted to enjoy freely Common (free) pools had limited space -we were visiting during slow season Food and drinks were

The room wasn’t very clean, the floor felt sticky. Many places were closed during our stay which was understandable because there was a hurricane but staff all around the resort were pretty rude.
