Fiquei uma noite hospedada com uma colega do trabalho. Nossa reserva era para 2 camas de solteiro. Foi necessário solicitar alteração de quarto 3 vezes porque o 1o. Tínhamos que descer escadas com as malas e não havia ninguém para este serviço. O 2o era cama de casal. O 3o foi o n. 204 na área da piscina estava c/vazamento na pia do banheiro,foi necessário pedir o reparo 2x até trocarem o cifão. Frigobar com ferrugem, sem materiais de toalete, rejuntes escurecidos, café da manhã cheio, pouca variedade. Cuidado só escolherem esse hotel, as fotos estão misturadss das duas propriedades que fica quase uma só lado da outra. A que ficamos foi da fachada amarela. Piscina é de ladrilho com vários faltando podendo ocasionar cortes. A piscina febra e de borda é da outra propriedade. Por mim tinha cancelado na mesma hora mas como estava com a colega acabei ficando. Só tenho foto do banheiro alagado. Mas as das piscinas paguei do próprio anúncio. Hotéis.com vcs deveriam fazer alguma verificação pq não é admissível misturar fotos de duas propriedades no mesmo anúncio.

O staff é muito bom, o problema é a manutenção dos quartos que não tem. Banheiro muito antigo, sucateado, como quase todos os hotéis em ponta negra, sucateados sem nem uma reforma. A sim, muito barulhento o lugar. Os hóspedes passam gritando e os aptos do térreo a pessoa n tem sossego de dia de nenhuma maneira.

Houve um pequeno problema no checkin, onde tiveram de nos transferir, apesar de ter sido feito com relativa rapidez, atrasou a entrada no hotel - e estávamos muito cansadas. A equipe é muito prestativa e gentil, o café da manhã estava maravilhoso. Nosso quarto era muito confortável, e tinha uma varanda que dava de frente para a rua. O banheiro do quarto era enorme, mas não havia uma divisa para o box, dessa forma, quando você se banhava, todo o chão, do banheiro inteiro, molhava. As piscinas são espaçosas e limpas, mas precisam de alguns reparos estruturais, devido aos coqueiros instalados, mas, apesar disso, não impactou nossa avaliação. O elevador estava em manutenção, e como o hotel é enorme, sentimos falta dele.

Os funcionários estão de parabéns. O apto é bom espaçoso, tv pequena e muito ruim a imagem, banheiro grande a torneira da pia do banheiro não fecha direito e o chuveiro fica pingando, nada que incomode só desperdício de água potável. O apto é limpo e troca as toalhas todos os dias. A fechadura é magnética e tem que passar todos os dias na portaria para ativar a chave magnética. As piscinas são boas e limpa. Tem estacionamento pago, paguei R$ 20 por dia. No geral é um bom hotel, localização boa, eu alugaria novamente.
