Já me hospedei algumas vezes no hotel e, desta vez, senti que a qualidade caiu bastante. O quarto não estava bem cuidado: teto com mofo, pintura mal feita e móveis quebrados. Fiquei bem decepcionado. Na sexta-feira, o chuveiro quebrou. Avisei à noite, reforcei durante todo o sábado e, quando chegou o domingo, dia do meu check-out, ainda não tinham consertado. Isso demonstra falta de agilidade na manutenção e atenção ao hóspede. Também percebi a equipe pouco proativa em alguns momentos. Presenciei um atendimento bastante grosseiro com outra cliente, o que me causou estranhamento. O café da manhã estava muito repetitivo e, nos horários de maior demanda, faltavam itens e havia demora para reposição. Em um momento, pedi uma xícara e o funcionário simplesmente ignorou. Isso reforça a impressão de queda na qualidade do atendimento e na experiência geral da hospedagem. As únicas pessoas com quem me senti acolhido foram da equipe de limpeza: duas senhoras muito simpáticas e prestativas, que demonstraram cuidado e cordialidade durante a estadia.

Minha experiência no Hotel Bello Mare foi extremamente ruim. O hotel está em estado visível de abandono, sem manutenção há bastante tempo. Encontramos goteiras no quarto, goteiras no corredor, rachaduras, itens quebrados e uma estrutura claramente mal conservada, o que demonstra total descaso com os hóspedes. Em apenas 5 dias de estadia, fomos trocados de quarto 3 vezes. A primeira troca aconteceu porque o quarto tinha uma porta com acesso para um corredor sem tranca, deixando nossas malas e pertences totalmente expostos, com risco real de qualquer pessoa entrar. Isso é inadmissível em qualquer hospedagem. No segundo quarto, havia várias goteiras, que chegaram ao ponto de molhar todas as roupas da minha cunhada, causando um transtorno absurdo durante a viagem. Foi uma situação humilhante e completamente fora do aceitável. Na última noite, fomos trocados novamente de quarto. Depois de tantos problemas, desgaste, estresse e falta de respeito, decidimos antecipar o check-out e sair um dia antes, porque já não havia condições mínimas de permanecer no hotel. A estadia foi marcada por insegurança, desconforto, prejuízo e revolta. Solicito reembolso pela péssima prestação do serviço. Não recomendo esse hotel a ninguém.

Quarta tava limpo. Funcionários atenciosos… mas assim como eu já havia visto em algumas avaliações, a estrutura do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Ficamos no quarto 109, parte horrível de se hospedar. Da pra ver que o hotel é grande, mas parece que exatamente nosso quarto foi feito para ser uma péssima acomodação. A acústica do quarto é PÉSSIMA! Da pra ouvir tudo, pessoal subindo e descendo escada, os carrinhos de limpeza parece que estão dentro do quarto, muito barulho. Pode melhorar essa questão. Café da manhã com opções limitadas, mas comida é boa, não tenho do que reclamar disso. Mas na questão do quarto, isso mesmo que falei.

A estadia em si, foi muito boa, o hotel é próximo a praia de ponta negra, tem como ir andando, em três minutos está na praia, o problema foi o estacionamento para o carro que não tem e se quiser tem que pagar R$ 20,00 por dia, o meu carro ficou na rua e o arranharam, por sorte que foi pouco e consegui tirar as marcas com cera automotiva que comprei em recife para devolve-lo a locadora, mas tirando a falta de estacionamento foi muito bom!

Gostei muito do hotel, recepcionista nos deu todas informações e sempre bem educada. O quarto estava bem limpo e o hotel pelo preço é o melhor da região. Uma coisa a destacar é tapetes no quarto, não tinha um nem no quarto e nem no banheiro. Virou uma lamaceira quando saimos do banho, nem um rodo pra puxar a água do banheiro tinha. Esse foi o motivo para não dar a 5 estrelas!
