Fair not great

The Villa Park Hotel is probably a good choice it you want to be near the stadium or shopping mall, but it is not convenient if you want to go to the beach. Although the room seemed clean, the bed cover had some nasty stains on it. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows seemed to be encased in a plastic cover. The TV was tiny, not much bigger than the monitor on my computer. Parking was very convenient and safe in a secured underground garage. The hotel was a fair value for what we paid, but it is by no means a four star hotel. We were also charged a 10% service fee in addition to what we paid Expedia when we checked out, which no other Brazilian hotel charged us in our travels.

Ótimo custo-benefício

Ótimo hotel e localização. Estacionamento muito com, café da manhã bom. Na suite, o sofá-cama é um tanto duro e não muito confortável, sugiro pensarem em colocar um pilow top.

Excelente opção na região central de Natal

Estadia tranquila. Equipe muito competente e atenciosa. Localização do hotel muito boa, ao lado do shopping Midway. Só tenho elogios as instalações, ao café da manhã e à equipe do hotel. O único problema que tivemos foi o barulho logo cedo pela manhã dos elevadores e movimentação de pessoas, provavelmente pelo hotel estar cheio. Ficamos no primeiro andar. Nossos familiares que ficaram no sexto andar não tiverem esse problema. Mas nada que tenha ofuscado ou diminuído a qualidade da nossa estadia. Recomendo. E espero voltar em breve.

Ótima opção! Hotel confortavel e limpo em Natal

Muito bom, fica numa área mais central da cidade, proximo a shoppig, mercado, etc. Ótimo atendimento, estacionamento incluso e bom café da manha. Vale a pena tranto pra ferias quanto trabalho.
