Extremely welcoming staff.

Staff were extremely friendly, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us with whatever we needed. Room was a bit small for a family of 4 but would be perfect for a couple, it was basic but had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay there again, simply because all the staff were so welcoming and they made our stay there a great one.

We stayed in a double room. Tight but good enough for 4 people. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a semitransparent wall, which is quite weird. The receptionist at the desk was not always available, which was annoying.

Check in was extremely difficult. The automated system rejected my credit card nearly 15 times before finally accepting it. The person who helped out from the attached restaurant was really friendly and nice and seemed just about as frustrated as I was with the automated check in machine. The room was nice and it was perfect for our needs.

Il soggiorno e' stato piacevole,l'Hotel e' situato in una delle strade principali di Naters,Brig e' raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Molto bella la sala ristorante,cibo molto buono. I gestori dell'Hotel sono stati molto gentili e sanno venire incontro alle esigenze dei clienti. Stanze confortevoli e silenziose dotate anche di cassaforte,moderna e funzionale.
