A spectacular House located in Val de Ruda, with 4 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms; in the best urbanization of the Baqueira Beret area. The accommodation is located in a privileged location, next to the cable car access. An unbeatable situation for ski enthusiasts.



Chamois is a high-end renovation house with first-class finishes. The house has 300 m2 distributed across 4 floors. On the ground floor, there is the main living-dining room and kitchen area, all equipped and decorated by professionals. The dining table seats 8 people. The entire living room is completely exterior with access to a balcony with views of Val de Ruda. All details have been carefully considered, such as the balcony's climate control to make it usable during snow season.



On the two upper floors, you will find the rest area, with a capacity of up to 6 people, where on the first level, there are 2 en-suite bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and on the upper floor, there is an attic suite with a double bed and a private bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a living room.



This excellent house is complemented by two parking spaces and two ski storage closets.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon arrival they will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth, and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replaced during the stay.

Likewise, food and cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fiber optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.
