KITCHEN: The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create memorable meals, with a large center island that seats four and a spacious dining area with seating for eight. High chair available. Oversized center island with quartz countertops, tons of prep and cooking spaces, large pantry, stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop with custom hood. Both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot are available.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: The primary suite, conveniently located on the main floor, features a plush king-size bed, a spa-like ensuite bath with a zero-entry walk-in shower, an oversized walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work or quiet reflection.

LAUNDRY: A spacious laundry room adds convenience, complete with a large-capacity washer and dryer, plus a deep sink—perfect for sandy swimsuits or extended stays.

UPSTAIRS:
A second living room offers a fun, relaxed space with comfortable seating and sweeping views of the Sound—perfect for gaming on the large flat-screen TV, reading a good book, or just hanging out with your crew. You’ll also find a curated selection of board games and books to keep everyone entertained during downtime.

Shark Shack – A playful, kid-friendly haven with four twin bunks, plenty of space to play, a large flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.

Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold
It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk—except our front desk is online! It’s super easy to complete on your phone. We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions.
As part of the check-in, you’ll select one of three options for property damage protection:
A) No Coverage – You assume full financial responsibility for any accidental damage.
B) $75 Damage Waiver – Covers accidental damage up to $1,500 with no claims process.
C) $1,000 Hold – A fully refundable hold placed on your credit card, released after checkout if there’s no damage.
It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Please note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
