Sparkling clear emerald waters of Navarre Beach only 6 miles away! Very comfortable, fully furnished and equipped townhome. Three bedrooms (two queen), and one full with all new furnishings. Take the memorable scenic drive from Navarre Beach to Pensacola - it will not disappoint!! Minutes to beaches, golf, bike/walking trails, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and hospitals. Beach chairs/beach towels provided. East Bay is three blocks away with community beach, seating, and fire pit. Two sets of golf clubs available for guests to use at Hidden Bay Golf Club only four blocks away! 18 miles to vibrant downtown Pensacola. 14 miles to Fort Walton and Hurlburt Field. Looking for visitors/snow birds welcome. This is a HOA, and VERY safe neighborhood. No smoking please. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and dishwasher. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Attached garage with private entrance into hallway. Parking for one car in garage, one vehicle in driveway. No street parking allowed. Florida panhandle
