Private villa with breathtaking sea views, private pool and jacuzzi

Our vacation home is one of three detached vacation homes with typical Cycladic architecture, whitewashed walls and dark blue shutters. The houses offer an impressive unobstructed view of the turquoise blue sea and the neighboring islands.

Couples and families will feel particularly at home in our house. It has one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. For the other bedroom with two single beds there is another bathroom, also with shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans and offer generous storage space.

Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a breakfast/dining terrace with pergola and wonderful views of the sea and the headland. From here you also have access to a beautiful garden area that has been maintained over the years, which is shaded by a large olive tree and also offers an unobstructed view of the sea and the island of Paros.

The pool area with swimming pool (5 x 3 m) and jacuzzi can be reached from the living/dining area. Here you will find a seating area with sun loungers, built-in sofas and another pergola. The brick-built and covered outdoor dining area overlooks the pool and jacuzzi, offers sweeping views of the sea and is protected from strong winds and the sun.

Our area is located between Kastraki and Alyko. Kamari Village itself is 17 km from the town, the port and the airport and is located on a secluded hillside with a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea and the island of Paros. There are fantastic beaches and excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing opportunities.

There is a well-stocked small supermarket within walking distance, which also sells fresh bread. The nearest village is Mikri Vigla. There is an excellent bakery, several supermarkets and many restaurants and tavernas. Here you will also find a windsurfing and kite center. An excellent bakery, a good butcher's shop, a supermarket and a pharmacy are located in Vivlos, the next village on the way to town.

Our area is quiet and family-oriented. Naxos town offers a lively nightlife, many bars, restaurants and numerous cultural events.
