Summary:
Traveling to this area for work and need a comfy home-away-from-home for awhile? Generous discounts are available to save on longer stays - both weekly and monthly! Relax and unwind in this calm and peaceful apartment. Calming, muted colors with happy accents of turquoise create a warm welcome as soon as you walk in. Everything is ready for your visit, with an eye towards creating homey comfort. After a long day at work, unwind in the peaceful ambience, and float into a deep sleep in the quiet, darkened bedrooms.

The Space:
From the front door, you’ll walk right into the living room of this cute and comfy home, which flows right into the dining area and well-stocked galley kitchen. Help yourself to some coffee (provided) at the little coffee nook! The bedrooms and bath are toward the back of the apartment and have very large closets, and a full laundry (washer/dryer) is provided inside the primary bedroom's walk-in closet (some might find that slightly awkward, I call it mighty convenient!)

Guest Access:
All areas of the apartment are accessible to guests

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is Unit 2 in a quiet quad-plex. The residents in the other three apartments are full-time and not part of Bnb.

Getting Around:
You’ll really need your own vehicle. Ride share is available but service is spotty.

Please check out my other listings too! All of them are available for longer term business stays. Weekly and monthly bookings are discounted automatically when you enter your dates into the calendar. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight timeframe, please make your request for early check-in before 10am. Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If approved, there will be an additional $35 fee. LATE CHECK OUT REQUESTS: Late check out requests up to 2pm can only be accommodated with prior notification so that I can book my professional cleaning team accordingly. Requests must be made before 5:00 pm the day before check-out. There will be an additional $35 fee (if approved). Approvals are not guaranteed and are pending communication with the cleaning/maintenance team. If you are late checking out without approval, then there will be an additional $75 fee for checking out late. For a departure after 2pm, a full 1 night charge is added.
