King bed in larger bedroom overlooks the water. Rear bedroom has a queen and twin bunk bed. Open Floorplan. Heated Clubhouse next to hot tub & deck provides additional space for entertainment. Walk to all amenities from this unique location right in Nederland’s business district tucked behind E 1st St.

Absolutely fabulous cabin right on Middle Boulder Creek and a short walk to everything in Ned.The cabin was super clean, tastefully decorated and everything was in perfect working order.The owner responded almost instantly to message exchanges here on VRBO and was very helpful. We also ran into a couple people in town, somewhat accidentally, who know him and told us he is a great guy.Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I really think this is the ideal spot for a weekend or extended stay in Ned. Walking distance to everything, and some extra comforts around the house. We came to run and hike, and Ned is a great jump off spot for a ton of options.
