This is an incredible hotel apartment facility right on the beach with large decks. Has kitchen complete with everything including a washing machine for laundry. You simply cannot find a better place in Negombo Beach to stay.

The hotel is new with great amenities. The room is clean and neat. The room faces the sea with balcony. Just next to the beach. Peace is what you get.

The apartment was very spacious with 2 well-functioning AC´s, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator and many other equipment. Everything in perfect, well-functioning condition. Perfect stay for our last two nights on holiday. Staff soo friendly and welcoming and helpful. Rooms amazing with great view and 2 aircon units. Perfect location for the airport transfer which hotel provides for a small fee. Highly recommend. Just note there is no food or drink sold on the property but dining options are endless just outside on the Main Street all walkable

My only other comment is on the slight lack of cooking utensils but with the amount of restaurants nearby we hardly used the kitchen anyway :) the apartments are a lovely size and very comfortable. Noisy Nice Stay

Nice ocean side hotel with very spacious rooms and OUTSTANDING STAFF. No restaurant or bar on site but plenty of options available within walking distance or delivery. The only issue with the property is that there is a church next door and it rings a bell throughout the nignt. Just entirey too noisy with a neighbor that was blasting music nonstop upon our arrival. This is something that potential guests should be made aware of.

The beach residence is great in terms of price and location, the staff were friendly and it’s close to some great cafes and restaurants. The rooms are presentable but quite dirty. Everything needs a good scrub. Linens and towels and sofas had lots of stains and the lampshades were mouldy. It wouldn’t take much to get this hotel back on track, there is also a great rooftop restaurant but it seems to have closed.
