This stylish townhouse will answer all your holiday dreams with a communal pool and tennis court in the estate approximately 270m from the property.

When you stay at Aqua Lagoon you will enjoy ultra-comfort with new refurbishments including ducted air-conditioning and all beds are brand new Sealy Posturepedic. Enjoy viewing the new smart 75inch tv in the main lounge and now all three bedrooms on the top floor have TV's. There is a lovely outlook from your entertaining area with BBQ. The fully fenced courtyard is great for the little-ones. You will be able to keep all your holiday fun equipment safe in the single lock-up garage and carport. We supply Free Wi-Fi and a coffee pods machine.

The main bathroom has a large corner bath, and there is a 3rd bathroom on the living level. The property has air-conditioning in every room. There is a spacious lounge so you and your guests will have plenty of room whilst enjoying the fabulous area!

PARKING This property has a single lockup garage plus a carport which can accommodate up to one large and one small vehicle, a total of 3 cars maximum. Extra parking is available at the end of the street, approximately 50 metres away. You must park within the boundary of the property or fines apply.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 ADULTS. There is a single bed in one of the Queen bedrooms which can be used upon application to accommodate 1 child, total maximum guest 9. Please note the single bed will automatically be added for a booking of 9 for the 9th person at $50 per stay.

BED CONFIGURATION -
Option 1 - Super King Bed, 3 Queens, 1 Single (additional cost).

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
9th Person single bed $50 per booking
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.

Great for golfers

Property has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Very well maintained, clean and close to shops and local attractions. 2nd time we have stayed and will definitely use this property again for future visits to Nelson Bay.

property exceeded my expectations as to its condition and amenities provided, could not fault it in any way, location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, it was everything we needed for our family holiday. we took items we thought we would need i.e. (some) Cooking utensils & sundries but ended up taking them home as we did not need anything as everything was provided. overall, a great place to stay, give it 5 stars

Great Townhouse

Best set up rental I have stayed in, I was very impressed with the well organised laundry, but it was typical of the whole house. Location is excellent but stairs may be a problem, steep set to get from front door to living room. Another set to get to 3 bedrooms on top floor. A few maintenance issues I am happy to pass onto owner but these can be easily fixed, if owner is made aware of them.

Booked on short notice, found the property to be spacious and covered all our needs. Large enough to accomodate all the family with grand parents also able to drop in for a day. Quiet and comfortable, we all had a relaxing few days.

This property was amazing, we booked for my mother in laws 50th as a big family getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The property had everything we needed and was bright and clean. All bedrooms were very spacious and with 8 adults we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other as there was ample space! It is close (as in a couple of minute drive) to the beach, the city centre and golf club. Highly recommended and we will be booking with them again and telling our family and friends about it.

Beautiful property and location

My family and a friends family had a great time during our stay in October. The property is modern, clean and has everything you would need. We had a very small issue with one of the showers and the owners quickly arranged for a plumber to attend. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Excellent House

Very good location, clean and quiet neighbourhood. Good facility. Beds are comfortable. There are TV's in each bedroom upstairs. The living room is very spacious and cosy.
