Welcome to The C&C Home. Where you will enjoy your own yard, deck, BBQ and fire pit with wood. The suite is located 2.3 km (3 min) from downtown Nelson; is just far enough out of town that you feel like you are in the country, surrounded by tall trees, breathing in fresh mountain air. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare full, family and friends, sized meals. A gas fireplace provides the open living space with a cozy ambiance for relaxing evenings.

The Home is a new, single floor, free standing building. All appliances, beds and furniture are brand new. It is located 9.3 km (7 min) from The Whitewater Ski hill access. The large Cedar Deck provides extra space to relax and socialize. At night the creek noises in the background create an ambiance that soothes. All water is supplied by our private well!! 100% Clean filtered mountain ground water.

There is lots of free parking. The living space has a 65' Smart TV with Netflix, a bluray/ DVD/ CD player and Gigebit Firber Optics WIFI. Bring a USB key or a laptop, with movies and music, and plug it into the TV. Some Coffee and tea is provided. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, and all soaps/ detergents are included. Spices and cooking oil are stocked.

The suite is maintained by a professional cleaner and the snow removal is done by a plowing company. There is a Storage/ Pump house for secure Adventure Gear storage.

Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Please do all dishes. Start dishwasher 1 hour before 11am check out.
We will put dishes away.
Clean up after yourselves. (BBQ cleaned after use, garbage and recycling organized, Outside area left organized)
