Beautiful chalet "La Bergerie", 2 storeys, renovated in 2018. In the district of Peroua - Tena, outside the resort, 2.2 km from the centre, in a quiet position on a slope. Private: natural garden. Terrace, barbecue. Motor access to 30 m from the house. Stepped path (55 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at 30 m. Shop 2.3 km, supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 1.8 km, railway station "Sion" 18.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski bus stop 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 1.8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
