In an exceptional location in the beautiful town of Nerja, the holiday apartment Yaiza impresses guests with its rooftop terrace with a small pool. Stretching across 2 floors, the apartment with classic and comfortable design consists of living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. On the upper floor of the apartment, you will find an additional living room with a summer kitchenette as well as the extensive rooftop terrace, which offers a stunning view of the mountains. From this terrace, you can climb some stairs to a sun deck where you have a panoramic view of the sea and the rolling landscape surrounding you. This is the perfect spot for a glass of wine as the sunset colors the sky in romantic hues. On the terrace, you will also find a dining area, hammocks, a grill area as well as a small pool, where you can refresh yourself after some relaxing hours under the sun. Due to the apartment’s outstanding location, a supermarket is just next door and you can reach not just a nice park for children and the shops of the town centre but also a series of gorgeous, sandy beaches in about a 5-minute walk. Furthermore, the enchanting beach promenade, El Balcón de Europa, is about a 10-minute walk away. Stroll along the beautiful coast, watch the vibrant city life and listen to the faint sound of the waves wash up on shore.

Perfect property in centre of Nerja

The apartement was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Having air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge was great and needed as the weather was very warm. We found the property well stocked with cleaning materials, bin liners, and food stuffs like oil and tea and coffee etc. You don't find that in a lot of properties. However the upper kitchen and outdoor terrace really made the holiday for us. It is warm and spacious with lots of seating options. It gets sun all day and is completely private, has shaded areas and a wonderful spacious plunge pool, which was very welcome as it gets hot up there on the roof. The property owner Paco is very friendly and helpful. He can't do enough for you and even drove us in his own car to another village and came back for us later so we could do some sightseeing. There is also a supermarket next door to the property which is very convenient. It's a ten minute walk to the centre of town and the nearest beach. So all in all we would definitely recommend this property.
