Nerja Paradise Rentals - Villa Coral

Villa Coral is a contemporary three-bedroom villa with a west facing terrace and a private heated plunge pool. The villa has private access from the road and it offers parking space upon request for one vehicle right infront of the accommkodation.



The villa is located in a enviable area next door to the Parador Hotel - just a short walk down to Burriana Beach and a 10-minute stroll into the historic centre of Nerja and the famous Balcón de Europa. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk of the villa. Next door to our Villa Coral we have our Villa Calazul which sleeps 6 people.



To the entrance hall area there is a restroom with toilet and wash basin and the open plan living room/diner and modern kitchen area. From the lounge/diner area are sliding patio doors leading out to the terraced area equipped with patio furniture and a barbecue for dining and relaxing al fresco. Our pool features a heating system, available during spring, autumn, and winter to ensure a pleasant water temperature at all times. In the summer months, the heating is not activated as the water naturally reaches an ideal temperature for swimming.

The small heated pool ideal for sitting and relaxing both at any time of the year has dimensions 113 CM X 355 CM and depth of 156 CM.



On the lower level under the first floor there is a twin bedroom with separate shower room. On the 1st floor there is a further twin bedroom with separate shower room and the master bedroom with double bed (1.50 X 1.90 m.) and ensuite shower room. From the master bedroom patio doors open onto a private terrace.



This property is ideal for families and groups as it sleeps 6 people.



Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms.



All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...

The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
