There is a communal swimming pool, opened all year round and available exclusively to owners and guests. Parking area in front of building with locked gate (key in apartment). No specific allocated parking slot. There is no need to rent a car as you have everything you need within walking distance, the Balcon de Europa is only a 5 minute walk from the complex and Torrecilla beach is just around the corner!
From the balcony you have a view to the palm garden and mountain Cielo, which means heaven.
