Only a 10-minute walk from the famous Burriana Beach with lots of restaurants and shops, and less than a 20-minute walk to Balcon de Europa is this cozy and well-proportioned four-room apartment.



The apartment is located on the 1st floor, and consists of three bedrooms, a living room with sofa and dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Also close (walking distance) to a large supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and other amenities.
