Enjoy 2 smart TV's, Sonos, new mattresses in all rooms, luxury linens and workspace. Enjoy the large outdoor fire pit and walk to the local farmers market, art gallery, and art projects.

Completely recently remodeled with new finishes and furnishings, this home is stunning, relaxing, and designed to help you recharge, or as a basecamp for all the adventures in the area. The open great-room layout is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals from the well-stocked, ocean view kitchen. Large outdoor deck and firepit is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or making smores with the family. Washer and dryer and beach towels provided.

Well equipped for families with children over 10 yrs but stairs required to access two bedrooms. Board games and puzzles available. Netflix is provided or log into your personal favorite accounts on smart TVs. Please NOTE cell service in Hawk Creek Hills is unreliable, its the forest! Hi-speed wifi is provided and we recommend you turn "on" wifi calling on your mobile phones for the best service.

This home is pet friendly for one dog. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet (dogs only) so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.



This home is not suitable for large groups, parties, weddings, commercial filming or photography/video for content shoots. Violations will be fined per rental agreement. Please message the host with any questions. This home is on a hill and the roads are not well-lit and bumpy. Please take extra caution if arriving after dark. Please note cellular service in Hawk Creek is spotty and unreliable. High speed wi-fi is provided and we recommend switching "on" wifi calling.

External surveillance is in use for security.

After booking we will send a digital rental agreement for your signature which is required to confirm booking.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
