This small, simple but cosy, over 100-year-old terraced house is located in the town of Neuerburg and can accommodate up to 6 fitters. This house is particularly suitable for craftsmen, service technicians, fitters and business travellers. For work teams or fitters, long-term assignments in Luxembourg, Bitburg, Prüm or in Neuerburg can be optimally carried out from here.

Assembly teams or a group of craftsmen and fitters working together on a construction site or at a work location can be accommodated together as a team in one place. In this way, the costs for transport to and from the construction site can be reduced and the feeling of togetherness among the employees can be strengthened. Assembly teams of 3 to 6 people can be accommodated together close to the work site, which also provides the ideal conditions for recharging your batteries and working successfully in familiar surroundings after work.

In addition to the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, there is also a living/dining area and a kitchenette in the entrance area. There is a small terrace in front of the house.
