What a wonderful hotel experience! The hotel is gorgeous! Clean and superbly decorated. The staff were exceptional too. The staff were very friendly and ensured every detail was taken care and even checked on me to see how my visit was going. The hotel restaurant's food was excellent and my room was beautiful - chef's kiss! I will be visiting Neumarkt frequently and will definitely make plans to stay at the Wiittman every time. Keep up the amazing work!

Fantastic hotel in Neumarkt

Modern but nevertheless charming hotel with very nice two first-class restaurants and a beer garden. Delicious local dishes. Super friendly staff. We booked a very comfortable modern room with a large terrace above the roofs of the city with a fantastic view over the town and the region around. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of differnet dishes. Bottomline: Perfect hotel, not cheap, but worth every cent. We can highly recommend this hotel!

Es gibt nicht viel zu sagen ausser AUSGEZEICHNET! Der Service, das freundliche, kompetente Personal , das moderne, geräumige, bestens ausgestattete Zimmer und Badezimmer und das beste Frühstück das wir in 7 Wochen Europa hatten!

E-Autofahrer vorsicht, Laden nicht garantiert!

Hotel ist neu renoviert, Zimmer war schön. Die Glastür zum Bad wirkt sehr schick, ist jedoch nicht ungefährlich. Wenn das Licht im Bad an ist, nimmt man die Tür nicht unbedingt wahr und es kann passieren, dass man in die Tür läuft. Das könnte irgendwann mal böse enden. Außerdem sieht man direkt auf das WC, Privatsphäre ist somit nicht gewährleistet. Punktabzug auch für die recht harte Matratze. Leider hatten wir unterwegs ein kleines Problem und kamen recht spät im Hotel an, somit bekamen wir im Restaurant - nach Vorbestellung - noch ein Schnitzel mit Kartoffel- und Beilagensalat, das gut war. Das größere Problem war die E-Ladestation, denn wir hatten uns auf eine Ladung über Nacht verlassen. Das Hotel wirbt u.a. bei Hotels.com groß (in der oberen Hotelbeschreibung!) mit 4 E-Ladesäulen (vom Hotel installiert). Leider werden sie nicht für Gäste mit E-Autos reserviert (trotz Anfrage), jeder Gast kann dort parken. Da das Hotel im Ort ist, parken auch Fremde dort. Durch die späte Ankunft, waren alle Ladeplätze belegt ... von normalen Autos. Der Geschäftsleitung war das praktisch egal, von Bedauern, eine andere Lösung finden für die Zukunft etc. keine Spur, die junge Dame würde die Säulen lieber wieder abschaffen. Die Ladesäulen waren das Hauptkriterium für die Hotelwahl. Die Angestellte beim Checkout hatte mehr Ahnung von Freundlichkeit und Customer Service als die Tochter des Eigentümers. Ihr war es wichtiger hervorzuheben, wer sie ist. Die junge Dame hat noch viel zu lernen.
